They done the exchange of items ingame but this helps advertise your items for sale 24/7 and it helps people do what they wanna do rathar then them standing around spamming saying selling/buying such and such.
I think it would be greatly helpful, so when the server MAY be offline they can advertise over forums. This also can get people more active on forums.
